High-frequency equipment for welding of PVC foil and artificial leather The equipments for HF welding of plastics are of great variety of capacities and technological possibilities. The technological possibilities are connected with the specialized presses of the equipments: UZP 1600 - with mechanical foot-control: UZP 2500A - with foot control and electromagnetic drive; UZP 2501, UZP 3200, UZP 4500, UZP 6003, UZP 6000A and UZP 7000 - with hydraulic drive.The equipment with a hydraulic drive ( without UZP 6000A ) are equipped with two movable operating tables each one. Thus a greater efficiency is achieved. When choosing the appropriate type of equipment, HF power should be concerned. HF power not less than 1 kW is required for welding of a seem 1 m long and 2mm wide. UZP 2502, UZP 6004 and UZP 10000 - with hydraulic drive. These machines are special-purposed for manufacture of truck covers, sun shades, paddling pools etc. They have a compact structure with a built-in HF generator. There is a possibility for a simultaneous welding of two parallel seams with 800 mm length and adjustable distance from 100 mm to 200 mm. According to the specific technological requirements of the customer, the installations could be modified with regard to the maximum distance between the operating plates, the size of the operating tables and the length of the welding seam.
